Description

Correct and adjustable feeding of mining equipments depends on producing different types of feeders for wet or Dry River and rock materials. Our product are covers different types of feeders including: Reciprocating feeder, Horizontal feeder, Grizzly feeder, Vibrating feeder. More over, the special silos of this company with the capacity of 10-35 m3 are equipped with the Grizzly network for the oversized materials. The capacity of feeders ranges from 10-500 T/h.

Reciprocating Feeders

This type of feeder covers a wide range of applications. We manufacture both large, robustly built table feeders for use as primary feeders in rock-crushing plants and smaller table feeders for use in gravel feed stations. Capacity is determined principally by the feeder’s width, stroke, frequency and inclination. The feeder table has a reciprocating motion which is generated by a connecting rod by a hydraulic cylinder. A hydraulic drive system can be designed in such a way both stroke and frequency can be adjusted.

Large reciprocating table feeder’s operating with low frequency and a large stoke. If feeding is to be satisfactory, it is essential that fresh material is continually added to fill the space at the back of the feeder table to prevent material being drawn backwards on the table’s return stroke. When the supply of fresh material is interrupted a relatively large quantity of material remains on the table. This is a disadvantage during longer standstills in cold weather since the material may freeze solid. To eliminate the risk of freezing it is necessary either to dump in dry material just before the feeder is stopped or to ensure that the table is cleaned off. In a reciprocating table feeder it is not so easy to see large lumps or to remove them, if necessary- as in an apron feeder, since the lumps are embedded in finer material. This can cause problems when feeding a crusher since the crusher may not be able to accept excessively large stones or stones which are incorrectly orientated when they reach the crusher’s feed opening. The large stroke of larger table feeders also gives a somewhat uneven feed rate, which can be a disadvantage when coarse material is being fed. Table feeders do not spill very much material, although spillage cannot be completely eliminated at the rear edge of the feeder table.
