CRUSHER CAPACITY

The capacities given are in metric tones. They are based on crushing clean dry lime- stone weighing loose about 1534 Kg/m and having a specific gravity of 2.6 wet sticky feeds will tend to reduce capacities.

TO MAXIMISE CAPACITY

A feeder should be used ahead of the crusher to give a continues regulated feed, all feed should be of a size that will readily enter the crushing chamber and undersize material should be removed from the feed by means of grizzly or scalping screen to eliminate packing and excessive wear of the jaws.
